BORDER AREA PROGRAMME

North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur organized Border Area Programme under the theme “the Theme Bridging the Border at Lumla and Dudunghar of Tawang District, Arunachal Pradesh (Indo – Bhutan Border) in collaboration with Art & Culture, Government of Arunachal Pradesh on November 6 & 7, 2016. 
Folk artistes from the States of Telengana, Orissa, Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh presented the vibrant eye catching colorful folk dances. Shri R.D. Thungon, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Lumla was graced the Inaugural function at Zomkhang Hall as Chief Guest. The occasion was attended by Government Officials (HoDs) and Public leaders etc. At the outset Shri M. Sentinungsang Ao, Deputy Director, NEZCC highlighted the activities of the Centre. 
The second day (07.11.2016) at Dudunghar programme was graced by Shri Lobsang Yonten, Zila Parishad Member (ZPM) Lumla as Chief Guest.
